Lightning fails to strike for Thunder
14th & 15 June, Dunedin.
The Dunedin Thunder has failed to win either of their first two games in the NZIHL, during the 2008 season's opening weekend.
On Saturday night the Southern Stampede crushed them in their NZIHL debut 8-2.
This result was followed up on Sunday with a decisive 3-10 loss to last years losing finalists the Canterbury Red Devils.
