Update Monday 30th August 5:00pm:

Today’s update by the Government confirmed the Alert Level 4 status in Auckland will be extended for another two weeks. As such, we are still unable to hold any scheduled on-ice activities.

Our intention is to play as much of the season for our leagues as possible, once we can get back on the ice. This may mean an extension to the season to try to fit things in.

The AIHA Board of Directors will meet on Monday 13th September, which is when the next Government review will take place, and will provide an update to members once we know more about a potential drop in lockdown levels at this time.

Update Tuesday 14th September 8:00pm

The most recent update by the Government confirms Auckland will remain in Alert Level 4 until at least Tuesday 21st September 11:59pm, with an unknown period in Alert Level 3 to follow.

We are still committed to playing as much of the scheduled season as possible, however cannot yet share information with you on when this activity might resume, due to the uncertainty of when the Alert Levels will be lowered.

What we can share is that our plan is to resume scheduled activity once we reach Alert Level 2, and as soon as we know more about when this might come in to effect, we will provide a further update.

For those of you on instalment plans for your playing fees, your upcoming fee instalments due dates have been pushed back so you will not be charged during this time.
